Impact of Working Environment On Job Satisfaction

This document summarizes a study on the impact of working environment on job satisfaction. The study collected data through questionnaires from employees of two organizations in Bangladesh. The study found: 1) A better working environment is important for job satisfaction, as it ensures better employee output and productivity.
