In case of Hills and Rivers/Water bodies if the width of conservation zone /plantation proposed in Master Plan is less than 30
meter than the same will be kept for conservation. If the width of such conservation zone/plantation is more than 30 meter
than minimum 30 meter width shall be kept reserved for conservation and plantation. Only road of maximum 12.0 meter
and thick plantation shall be permissible in such conservation/plantation zone. The developer has to ensure thick
plantation@1600 trees/Ha. in this plantation/conservation area. The following uses shall be permissible after reserving a
