FIXED DAY RATE HIRE QUOTATION
Customer: Wester Isles Date: 25 March 2009
This quotation details the hire of a Velocity Patcher on the basis shown by the above named
Customer, between the following dates;
Hire Start Date: To be confirmed
Hire set up fee —_£1645.00 this includes return travel to, and from your depot for
the Velocity Patcher and our operator / technician & driver.
Trainer Supplied: [Yes Driver Supplied: [No
Hire Rate: [£995.00 _ | Per day (up to 10 hours) & per hour thereafter.
Hire Rate Weekend & Bank Holidays: [7.5% _] Loading.

Velocity™ will supply a hire machine complete with Trainer including accornmodation and
‘subsistence consumables for the duration of your programme.
Alll adgitional ferry charges will be invoiced and included in initial set up fee.
This agreement is subject to a minimum fixed day rate charge of 5 days (mon-fri) per week.
