Tools required:
- Adobe FrameMaker 7.2 or higher for source text files (.FM, .BOOK)
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 (NOT 2007) from Office XP for PowerPoint files (.PPT)
- Adobe Acrobat 8.0 or higher for PDF files (.PDF)
- A PC file compression tool (such as WinZip) for zipped files (.ZIP)
