SURE LC
Business Utilizes SureLC for management of all licensing and
contracting requests.
Once you have successfully passed your state insurance exam and
have your license, you will need to create a SureLC account.
Step 1: Setup your SureLC account.

account, CLICK HERE
CLICK HERE to set up your SureLC under Hegemon Financial Group
IMPORTANT: If you have a SureLC account under another
brokerage, you will NOT see the correct information/companies.
Make sure you select NEW USER and create a NEW
ACCOUNT with a different email address.
When setting up your account, SureLC will sync with the National
Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) and import your active state
licensing information. Depending on the state, it may take several
business days, or up to 1 week, for NIPR to electronically send your
license data to the SureLC system. Check back periodically and when
your license is there you will be able to create your SureLC account.
Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email to
setup your password and complete your SureLC registration. Note: if
you do not receive the email, check you junk or spam folder.

As part of setting up your account, you will be asked to verify your
profile and answer a basic questionnaire that is required by all carriers
when submitting contracting requests.
You will also be required to provide Training Certificates of
Completion, as well as proof of your E&O Insurance.
Step 2: Begin the Appointment Process
Once your account is set up in SureLC and your license is synced,
you may request access to each carriers paperwork by paying the
corresponding fee – CLICK HERE to get started.
Note: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the requested carriers
to show up in your Contracting Requests section of your SureLC
account.
Step 3: Carrier Paperwork
Once you receive confirmation that your prepaid carriers have been
added to your SureLC account, you can then submit your initial full
contracting paperwork for each carrier by selecting "Contract".
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE ADDITIONAL STATE OPTION FOR
YOUR FIRST REQUEST. The INITIAL contracting request will allow
you to list your resident state license as well as one non-resident state
license, if applicable. AFTER you have become set up in the carrier's
system, you can then request any additional states to add to your
contracting for that carrier.
Once your paperwork is completed, be sure to click all the way
through the request until the status changes from "Producer" to "BGA"
so your paperwork can be reviewed and submitted to the carriers on
your behalf. The carrier will then review and either approve or deny
the contracting request. You should receive notification from the
carrier once your contracting request has been reviewed.
NOTE: Some carriers do “Just In Time” appointments and will not fully
approve an appointment until business is submitted. In these
situations you will be given a pending agent code so have access to
the carriers portal and illustration software.
NOTE: The turnaround time varies for each carrier. Below is a
general guide for turnaround time:
AIG/Corebridge – 1-2 Weeks
Allianz Preferred – 3-4 Weeks
American Amicable – 1-2 Weeks
American Equity – 2-3 Weeks
