Complaint Sheet for Carnapping Incident

At about 3:00 in the afternoon, when I was about to go home, I noticed that my
motorcycle Honda Click 125 (2019), black in color, with MV File No. 1380-1173732 was
missing. Upon checking on the CCTV Camera in front of the parking space owned by
Nenita Pinaglaba, the carnappers were recognized by the owner of the eatery and
positively identified the suspects. Immediately, I reported to this station for legal
action.
