How do I access my assignment?

Introduction of SafeLearn LMS
SafeLearn LMS (Learning Management System) is an online training platform where
trainees can access their training courses and assignments. It is a browser-based
platform, supported on both, Windows and iOS operating systems.
Requirements:
• Laptop or a desktop PC
• Access to a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbit/s
• Webcam (unless otherwise specified)

How to Activate your Account
Step 1: Visit our website [Link]
Step 2: Click on Create Safebridge ID button.
A new page opens where you should enter the email address and a preferred password
(a combination of at least 8 characters including upper/lower case letters, a number,
and a symbol), agree to the Terms and Conditions and then click on Send verification
email.

An email titled Verify your Safebridge account is sent. In case no email was
received, please check the spam/junk folder of your inbox.
Alternatively, you can request a new verification email by clicking on the Send
verification email button.

Once the email is verified, a new page opens where you should complete the
registration by entering the requested personal details, the password and then click
on the Activate Safebridge ID button. The registration is now completed.
How to Start your Course or Assessment
Click on the icon SafeLearn and the training platform with your assignments will
open.

In case you Sign out and Sign in to the platform again, My account page opens. To
access the assignment, click on the grid button and select SafeMetrix/SafeLearn.
A dashboard displaying your assignment and its details will open. To start the course,
please select Guide Me, choose the module and then the unit you would like to view.
Once the topics have been watched, your progress will be reflected in the green line
along with the percentage.

Afterwards, please select Free Play (if applicable) to apply the learned knowledge in
practice on the manufacturer’s original ECDIS software.
In case you are having connection issues with the Free Play, in the lower right corner,
please select Reload to reconnect. If after several tries, the issue persists, please close
and reopen the Free Play after 5 minutes. This way, you will be connected to a new
Virtual Machine.
To obtain the certificate for your course, please proceed with the exam by selecting
Test Me. This function will be unlocked once at least 70% of the training progress has
been completed. You will be required to upload a valid photo ID for data verification
purposes. File should be in PNG or JPEG format and not larger than 2 MB.
Afterwards, a pop-up box will appear asking for your confirmation to allow the access
to your webcam, please select Allow. As the next step, accept the terms and
conditions, select Enable Webcam and then press Take Picture, to proceed press on
the button Start Test.

After you have answered all the questions, you may submit your test results. Any
completed tests will be reviewed within 1 business day (from Monday to Friday).
You may view your past test attempts and their result by clicking on the button View
Result. If verification is successful, the status will be updated to Authenticated and
you may download the certificate by pressing the button Access Certificate.
If you find that the status of your exam as rejected, it is an indication that some of
the exam criteria was not fulfilled (e.g., webcam disconnected or obstructed, another
person involved, wrong person) and therefore, you would be required to retake the
exam.
