INTRODUCTION

In this concept, you will see the Churrolecious business framework. The type of ownership is
also indicated in this part. The form of business organization and the organizational chart are also
stated in this concept.

BUSINESS STRUCTURE

Form of Ownership

This business is in form of partnership, to be managed by the group of thirteen people and at the
same time, they will be the partners and owners of the business. Each of them will have the
responsibility to contribute for the debts and obligations of the business. For the outcome of the
business, each of them will share equally, whether it’s the income or loss.

The business is in form of partnership, because it is more suitable for it. Partnership will be
able to share different ideas and resources that the other members cannot contribute. Through
this form of business, they will be able to know what weaknesses each other have.
