b Cleaning of cable trench/condition of cable trench W
f Ensure no moisture below rubber mate in front of the main switch board. W
g Ensure quantity of all electrical spare are sufficient 40% and in order W
h Ensure anti-vermin wire mesh is in good condition - repair if damaged W
i Ensure the roof/floor above no leakage/damage- repair if damaged W
j Ensure no water flowing into switch room/ riser room - repair if damaged W
k Ensure wiring and electrical fittings, power points, light fittings, and exhaust fans W
are working properly. replace if damaged
n Record all activities and readings in the relevant room's log book W
2.2 Main Switch Board (MSB) / Sub-Switch Boards (SSB)
b Ensure p.f. reading is better than 0.85 lagging - repair/replace if faulty W
c Verify and retighten all screws, contactor, termination etc. W
d Inspect and verify the condition of cables for burn marks, insulation leakage and W
other abnormal conditions
e Record readings for maximum current, voltage, power factor, etc into the logbook W
i Check copper bus bars for discoloration / corrosion and ensure that in good W
condition -repair/replace if damaged
k Ensure capacitor bank is in good condition and working properly - replace if W
damaged
l Ensure MCCB, contactor, capacitors and power factor are working properly - W
replace if faulty

a Measure and record incoming supply voltage and operation current. W
b Check the functionality of circuit breaker, time switch, contactor fuse, MCB, MCCB, W
bypass auto/manual selector, etc. – replace if faulty
c Check anti-vermin/insect netting and repair if necessary W
