Championship - 2022 will be organized by Cuddalore District Athletic Association at
Anna Stadium, Cuddalore on 18th September, 2022.

BOYS & GIRLS MIXED MEDLEY RELAY
General Instructions:
1. Participation
An Athlete can participate in two individual events and one relay
2. The following certificates will be accepted as proof for biometric ID card.
(A) Original X Standard certificate issued by Central/State Board, in case of Athletes
who have passed Standard examination.
(B) Original Birth Certificate from Municipal/ Corporation and School Leaving
Certificate in case of Athletes who have not passed X Standard Examination.
(C) Original Birth Certificate from Municipal/ Corporation in case of Athletes who have
not gone for school at all.
3. Entries
Entries must be prepared on computer in a prescribed manner annexed hereunder in the
Microsoft Excel format. Entries made other than this format will not be accepted. Entry
must be filled in capital letters and all its columns must be completed. In no
circumstances hand written entry or entries sent by post will not be accepted. The last
date for the receipt of entries is 14.09.2022, 6.00PM. The entries should be sent to

Club entries are accepted only for CDAA affiliated clubs. Others can give Institution
names for entry. A Club/School can enter maximum four Athletes in each event. The
unattached athletes will not be permitted to take part in relay.
The CDAA organizer reserved the right to admit/reject any entry without assigning any
reason thereof and reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
4. Manager Meeting will be held on 17.11.2022 at 6.00 PM and the chest numbers will
be issued at the meeting.
5. Competition:
Best 8 Time qualifiers will be selected for 60M and 100M finals.
All other track events will be based on Time Trails (TT).
Athletes must be present to Call Room 30mins prior to the time of the event.
Team managers/ Coaches and Parents are strictly not allowed inside the Call room and
the Competition arena. Organizing Committee may take necessary measure in case of
disturbing the nature of Competition.
6. State Level Competition:
Athletic team for Tamilnadu State Junior Inter District Athletic Championship - 2022 to
be held at Tiruvannamalai from 13th to 16th, October, 2022 will be selected on the basis of
performance in this meet and the athletes selected for the above said meet will be
considered as a District Athlete Team for any other State & national events if CDAA so
desires. You are requested to adhere to the above guidelines while sending entry of your
