Notes:
1) As per Section 03300 Div. [Link], (Structural Plans), stripping of forms are as follows:
Walls, columns, sides of beams, Girders and SOG ----------------------------- 1 day
Pan joist forms (Side only):
30 inches wide or less ----------------------------------------------------------------- 3 days
Over 30 inches wide -------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 days
Joists, Beams or Girders soffit
clear span between structural supports
Under 10 feet ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7 days
10 to 20 feet --------------------------------------------------------------------------------14 days
Over 20 feet -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21 days
One way floor slabs:

2) Forms may be removed earlier that specified if ASTM C39 test result of field cured samples from a representative portion
of the structure indicate that the concrete has reached a certain design strength capable of supporting the induced
construction loads. Earliest will be after 4 days where concrete is expected to reach 60% of the design strength and there
exist adequate permanent undisturbed shorings.
