Preface: At the start of 2022, I found myself searching for my first successful venture. I never
saw 10k/Month as benchmark of someone success because there is many more people ahead
that. I didnt grow up rich, I didnt grow up with alot of things. Since starting this, I struck gold
because of ive found systems that dont line up with what everyone is doing. This is what people
call unorthodox or as my mentor calls is “Chaotic Neutral” Now I know some of you are just

The best way to go about this business is to be real with yourself, I find that there is 2 sides to
this business and you can be on one or the other never on both. You can either get girls, push
them to produce content which this business is heavy on or you are the guy building teams to
chat to these guys. Its ok to not understand where you fall, read the whole thing, you will slowly
see where you fall because a section might resonate with you alot more than others.

Step 1: How to Get a girl (& Why locally works better than remote)

Onlyfans girls are easy to find, girls that dont have onlyfans are even easier to find. Let me
explain, in this day in age, half of the “models” dont really know what they are doing and they
are very lazy because nothing about business is ever easy.

However if done correctly and you treat it like a business you will find girls that are willing to do it
if it means you get them away from regular jobs & if you make it as easy as possible for them.
Regardless, the only catch is you need to get out and find them, a few of you will know a 1 or 2
girls ready to go.. The others will have to out of their way to find them.

We plan to fix this by making the first community to be able to offer advice and help to speed up

Step 1.2: You have a girl?

Once you have a girl, its time to get subs and this can be done several ways.

The moment you have subs, is the moment you can start working on making your first 1k

make this easy for them to manage, this is where we set ourselves apart.

Like any other business model, the initiative to pay $5-7 a month for girl, is initiative they went

1.2 Before you start getting subs (Important Read)

Your first goal, should be to hit 30 subs by anymeans necessary because this is all you need to
make the first 5k. Once these relationships are built, you can start with your first VA to easy up
on the chatting, and go all in on subs.

Meaning, be more hands, don’t try and systemize your chatting so that it’s more hands-off for
you… None of that matters if all you do is go crazy implementing strategies to build subs.

● Be more hands-on
● Go the extra mile to get these guys to regularly text you
● Typically these guys will be your highest spenders

Revise and refine the chatting if these guys are not spending money on you daily or weekly.
Keep executing on this loop (Get subs => Make Personal Connection => revise + refine) until
they start spending minimum $100 per week, there will be guys that might only stay for sub and
thats ok so spot these early because the time investment is chatting & attention.

Do not move forward until the above is positive and your subs are spending money.

You want to easy the chatting and standardize the delivery method only once you've
established a proof of concept around your mechanism and can regularly and reliably provide
your VAs with examples of messages or how to handle conversation specially if they are kinda
not there on english.
Retracing your actions and mapping every action taken from start to finish is usually the most
effective strategy to standardize your chatting

Put examples of your most successful tips messages and keep refining and re-optimizing your
procedure depending on the new techniques that will definitely emerge.

Reddit is a platform for niche content, meaning you can find anything from cute dog pics to cute
dog pics that only have 1 leg. Super niche below is a list of all the reddits for Onlyfans girls as

anywhere else to this level of detail

How to use reddit for subs

First thing you need to do is profile your girl, not all of them are made the same
Some will be petite, a certain skin color, certain build, use the list of OF reddits above to start
making a profile for your girl

Copy the sheet -> add the girls name and slowly start removing reddits where she does not fit in

This should take about and hour, but after that you know have a list where you can post the girl
to start getting subs

Post 1-2 times a day per sub reddit to maximize results, reddit can bring you 20-30 subs a week

If you havent realized, tiktok is free money. Its also cheap dopamine hits.

You need a burner account, I will link a tiktok account for you guys to kick start everything but
first you need to do is follow alot of girls, I mean alot.

Now your For You page & Following will be spammed with only thirst traps

Once you follow enough of these girls, you can send you girl the easy tiktok ideas to copy. You
can send her 1-2 a day for her to do. Link you twitter in her in the bio, as well as pin it in the
comments. You will now be getting consistant followers on twitter which most likely convert

Depending on virality this can bring 50-100 sub per week

*Tip: She has to upload from her phone, because titkok algo favors

Twitter

This is by far my favorite source of traffic because its so easy to manipulate.

Straight forward, you tweet… Im kidding

Twitter is the trickiest to get off but once its going it so hard to not get 30-40 subs a day

Use these 3 accounts as blueprints on what im gonna explain because I love this platform

This account shows you how to produce your content but lacks personality

There is levels to growing, at low scale posting content is gonna do very little because you will
have no followers

So you start with personality, look at bris account.

-Comment under viral tweets with witty replies

-Find other OF girls and comment on their recent tweets “Omg you are so pretty wtf”
-Dm these girls asking for advice “Hey girlie im a beginner can you show me how you did it to
grow your following youre so pretty im gonna cry” this can lead to her inviting to a RT group
-After you build relationships with these girls, you can start your own RT groups

Repeate until you have 200 followers, after that mix it with content and personality tweets

Past 1k followers, start dming girls on OF if they want to start a RT group to help “the girlies
grow”

This will get you to 10k pretty fast as you are cross merging followers and with funny viral tweets
your reach will explode. Mix with good content and you are killing it on Twitter.

*Tip:-You can make you content niche, gamer girl, ass girl, tits only.
-Niche is all key here.
-Converting guys hit them with this script *change this and adjust everyone is gonna try to use
this* “<3 hey, thank you so much, you are so sweet… im so sorry if it takes me a while to
respond I get flooded with dms, im super active on my OF dms because it helps me out with
school :(“
-Banner need to be clear
-Use light pictures as profile pic because of night model

Twitter RT Network Preview(Discord Only)

So what happens when you hijack traffic from Tiktok into you Twitter

Under trial, there is a certain template that is hitting hard on Tiktok algo

That allows you make pages with 10-15k Twitter followers in a week where you can RT Your
girls infront of this audience and x10 your growth every single time in the shortest time frame
possible. The only issue is this strategy constantly changes so its gonna be update on the
discord with templates attached. You will also have access to around 200k potential reach from
the moment you join the discord.

Tinder Growth Tool(Discord Only)

This is still being constantly tweaked as its software and this only works once you are medium
scale. Its another sub source that is automated and easy to implement.

5 e-sims are required but once you have them, you can make 5 tinder accounts and target big
cities in the US. It allows you to swipe all days so we manually audit the messages.. We hit
them “Hey I turned of my notifications, you’re cute shoot me a dm on twitter please :(“
Once on twitter, same thing build personal connection and funnel to OF because of your
messages being “flooded”
5. Content Schedule

NURTURE is the secret to establishing an audience worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to

you rather than just shooting for a crazy amount of followers.

Remember followers dont mean they are sub, same thing for sub just because you have a good
amount of subs, if you are not chatting you did the hard work for nothing

The 'nurture' method may turn a completely new person who isn't interested in your OF to high-
paying sub.

And, if done well, you can do it at scale (which is how we got to $50k per month so far).

CONSISTENT CONTENT that your girl is posting is the key to effective nurturing.

The Three Content Types:

● Value content
○ This is what you could consider thirst traps. Content that will make your social
media, nothing ever nude just teasing. Just to promote on social media channels.

● Personal content
○ This is the content that goes into your OF, and into custom content that subs will
pay for

● Action-based content
○ This is content you push based on conversations you are having, which is why
knowing context when chatting is important. We arent chatting just because, so
always writing headlines and paywall content based on context converts so much
higher.

Content Schedule To Abide By:

● 40x Value Content /Week
● 40x Personal Content /Day
● Actions content is dependant on Sub count and how much the guys are buying
The DM System:

Initial Touchpoint => Conversation Started = 50%+

Conversation Started => Bought Content = 20%+

Your chatting system should run off the above KPIs.

If you’re not meeting those KPIs you need to reoptimize your chatting system or look at the
discord for examples of successful convos:

● You are not emotionally build the relationship (people don’t see your value)
● Your DM scripts don’t do their job of converting

Bonus Step 5: Scale To $100k/mo (Traffic + Team)

Scalability in the OF through the lens of:

● Market size
● Efficiency of mechanism

Going from $0 to $40k/month, the market size is usually not an issue. If it's going to be more
obvious once you're making more than $100k per month. At this stage, you must either go down
tapping all traffic sources and master them or niching your girl to fit a specific profile (anime,
gamer, dominant) The more obscure the kink she appeals to the greater market she can tap into

More often than not, you'll run into an efficiency of mechanism issue, which will limit the
scalability of your girl because you cant get more subs without hiring more VAs which is fine
because you are scaling.

This problem arises after the monthly revenue reaches $100,000/Month per girl

For example, instead of providing a 1 on 1 chatting service, you should have a list of subs that
are spending a decent amount per month. You might focus your team into offering exclusive
things like VR dates, Flights, having them supply the girls with gifts, calls on FT or if they have a
certain kink you can book private cam sessions for top spenders to maximize without the need
for chatting.

That’s an example of restructuring your mechanism so that the same desired result is made for
your clients, but the way in which you deliver it is more scalable on your end.
Automate Delivery Of Mechanism

● Eliminate
● Automate
● Delegate

Eliminate:
The worst thing you can have in your biz is drag. On a small scale, drag won’t be an issue as
you won’t feel it. However, as you start to scale, the hyper 1% optimizations become vital and
any drag evident in your biz will hamper your top speed and ultimately cap your scale.

Think drag on a Toyota Camry going 50km vs drag on an F1 car going 300km and its effects.

Fat + inefficiency = drag

Drag by definition = a force acting opposite to the relative motion of any object

Any fat or inefficiency in your biz MUST be eliminated immediately. This requires you to analyze
your biz (primarily your mechanism) with a fine-tooth comb and really identify what actions /
inputs / deliverables are actually generating you the results.

EVERYTHING else must be ELIMINATED as they’re inefficiencies that have NO value.

Thus, causing drag.

Eliminating variables also helps tremendously when it comes to maintaining a profitable model
at scale.

For example giving the high spending subs more options vs trying to convert old subs spending
$100 a month

Automate
Processes / workflows / actions / inputs that are being made consistently specially when it
comes to posting content. You could easily VA most of the posting.

Elimination is best. Next best is automation.

Automation is cheaper than delegation so not only does it reduce fat but again, massively helps
to sustain a profitable model at scale. This only applies to content

Delegation
Elimination is best. Next best is automation. And if the variable can’t be eliminated nor
automated, then you must delegate it by hiring for that position. If there is something that is
required for you to do but it takes time away from the more important stuff like sourcing more
girls, delegate that. Find someone to source you girls, in this case having a girl convince other
girls is alot easier than you doing it.

Hire Where It Hurts

In light of Step 5, we must use ‘hiring / delegation’ as a last resort when it comes to automating
our biz and structuring it in a way that’s scalable.

Because there's the moment at which you'll start to hurt in that area, we eliminate, automate,
and then delegate. Hiring excessively for jobs that could have been mechanized or removed
causes drag, and we now understand the consequences of drag at scale.

However, before making a recruiting choice, check inside to see if you may be more resourceful
with your current resources.

For example, I frequently see individuals hiring more VAs instead of properly training them, and
visaversa using your best VA as a performance benchmark or being resourceful and letting him
train other VAs on how he is getting results. This is key at scale and could be the difference
between 6 shitty VAs making 100k a month and 3 really good ones making the same amount

However, that same system has a team who individually are only operating at 60%, so the
moment they make another hire for the variable they need fixing, they’ll add in drag because
they’re not being resourceful and they don’t actually hurt in that specific area.

Resourcefulness is key to scale as way to decrease drag.

Step 6: Making This A Reality For You

Theory and reality are extremely different. While this guide showed you the step-by-step
process you ought to take in order to go from $0 to $10k/month and then to $100k/month and
