STD22 Sensor PCB Installation Guide

Hints for installation of the Sensor PCB
Sensor PCB Type 110-233.X11

Installation in Compasses with develeopment status E10 or higher

No modifications are necessary

Installation in Compasses with develeopment status <E10

The following modifications are necessary:


Read out and note the
alignment error.

Remove the defective PCB

Remove the mounting


bracket, which is mounted
between the PCB and the
compass supporting plate
(2 screws). The bracket will
no longer be required.

This fastening srew of the


new PCB is a longer type
and equipped with a nut.
Loosen this nut.

Note: The position of plug


for the ribbon cable to the
connection PCB has been
changed.

Install the PCB as the for-


mer type.
The longer screw must be
fixed with the nut on the
rear side of the compass
supporting plate.

If pulse log is connected: After final installation test


check the direction resp. po-
larity with dip switch B 37/4
(see service manual)
the complete system and
set the compass zero
(alignment error).
