I am Emily M. Incipido currently residing at Prk. 13 Crossing Lahi, Magnaga, Pantukan,
Davao de oro an ongoing 3 rd year student taking a course of Bachelor of Science in
Criminology (BSCRIM) at Kolehiyo ng Pantukan. I am one of the best student in our
class, but some difficulties in terms of financial problem because I have we are children
of our parent and I am the eldest. Since I am the eldest of 8 siblings I can say that we
are really financially unstable because all of my siblings was studying also and the
income of my parent was not enough to sustain our everyday needs especially in
studying like projects, contributions and etc. I am applying for this assistance the
Municipality is giving, to greatly help me to pursue my study. Together with this letter I
am going to attached my grades and photocopy of my Certificate of registration in my
summer class.

one-day meeting to assess our environmental public health system. The meeting will be
held at Provincial gym, Pantukan, Davao de oro on August 10, 2023, from 8:00 am to
12:00 pm. The Global Health Company is leading and staffing the assessment project
and will provide a facilitator to help complete the task. Even though the environmental
public health department is a central figure in this assessment, we want to include
representatives from other organizations and sectors involved in our local
environmental public health system. We would like to complete this assessment with all
of our partners who play important roles in promoting and preserving the health and
safety of the people in Davao Region.
The assessment will use the Environmental Public Health Performance Standards,
which describe the level of performance and capacity to which all environmental public
health systems and programs should aspire ([Link]/nceh/ehs/EnvPHPS). Your
involvement in this process provides an opportunity to discuss and respond to a series
of questions about the status of our environmental public health system. Within 8:00 am
of the meeting, Global Health will provide results of the assessment in a report outlining
strengths and weaknesses.
