▪ Goal: To jointly identify the demands for customized training to strenthen the capacity of Indonesian
dam experts and establish action plans for field training and consulting scheduled for next year

* The schedule is tentative and subject to change due to situations on the ground.
■ ITEMS YOU NEED TO PREPARE

3. Short- and Long-sleeve shirts and light clothes w/ one or two pieces of thicker clothes
- The temperature range in October is significant as between the summer and autumn season in Korea. The
temperatures during the day can be quite warm and the temperature drops in the evening. For example,
the daily lows are usually 13℃ to 15℃ while the highs are 22℃ to 25℃.
- We recommend you to prepare both light and warmer clothes . It will likely be cool or cold at night and/or
when staying indoors due to air conditioners. Thus, we recommend you to prepare some warmers clothes
as as well.

■ SIM CARD & MONEY EXCHANGE


1. SIM Card

You can buy a sim card at Incheon Airport. If you need a sim card, we highly
recommend you to buy it at the airport since it is very hard to get a sim
card outside of the airport for short-term staying foreigners. The cost for a
prepaid sim card is as shown in the picture on the left side.
For your information, in K-water Academy, except for the dormitory, there
are no wifi services in any of the lecture rooms, cafeteria, and other K-
water facilities due to cyber-security measures.

2. Money Exchange

You can exchange USD to KRW at Incheon airport. Please consider that prices in Korea may be relatively higher
compared to Indonesia. (e.g., a typical Korean style meal costs about USD10 (10,000KRW))
