 i. SET highlighted there is an issue of unset pile and short pile issue at Phase 2C2. STP STP
is informed SET will hand over 2 blocks (Block 4H,4I) by early September.

STP to record down the hand over date of:

a) Block 4H, JPT to send pile enlargement detail to STP.
b) Block 4I, JPT to send as built drawing to STP.

Block 4F and 4G, JPT informed next target is for PD testing by early September.

Guard House and TNB fencing, TNB received the fencing footing design and to clarify
after the meeting. Mock-up TNB will start plastering by early September

ii. STP informed the brick work to complete by end of Aug for Mock Up unit.

iii. STP to proceed the installation of timber door frame after the completion of mock-up
unit by mid-September.

iv. Setia highlighted about the roof gradient of mock-up unit. 1 unit is already fabricated.

12.8.1
a. All materials / shop drawings must be submitted & obtain confirmation from the respective
consultants prior to commencement of any works on site. Consultant has the right to reject
any work done due to non-conformance of the above requirement
b. All confirmed materials / samples & copies of confirmed material specifications must
always be stored and well-kept at site for viewing. Photos shall be taken and distributed to STP to
all parties for safekeeping. take note
c. All approved materials / samples must be with signing off record, sticker, or tag.
d. All warranties in respect of materials, goods, and system to be submitted to SET for safe
keeping and/or comments.
e. Material submission to refer progress report.

STP to update latest drawing list and all consultants to send the latest shop drawing.
