OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS


1 Applicable GST is to be paid along with every installment
2 Stamp Duty to be paid as applicable, 10 days ahead of registration date
3 The applicable taxes on maintenance for 24 months is to be paid as per the statutory norms at the time of Handover
4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5 Registration shall commence on payment of 100% of the Cost of the Apartment.
6 Registration charges are subject to changes as per the provisions of registrations act prevailing at the time of registration.
7 Cancellation of Booking attracts 2% as a cancellation charges on the total cost of the apartment(including amenities) + Applicable taxes amount paid to the Government
8 Other terms and conditions applicable as per the Booking Application form and AOS
9 Loan documents should be submitted within 7 days from date of booking and should be sanctioned in 20 days from date of booking, otherwise there will be a penalty of 2% for delay
