With the participation of over 175 esteemed recruiters and more than a
third of the batch receiving pre-placement offers, the graduating batch of
2023 for MBA Core and MBA HR received an impressive assortment of
job offers across various profiles and business functions. Despite the
volatile business environment and market instability, our students have
showcased remarkable resilience and adaptability.

SBM, NMIMS carries a rich pedigree in Finance which has
been reinforced this placement season as well with offers
from some of the most sought after organisations. The
students are set to assume a wide variety of positions,
some of which include Investment Banking Analyst,

Our curriculum has been crafted with meticulous
attention to details, aimed at equipping students with a
comprehensive understanding of consulting practices.
We are privileged to partner with some of the most
prominent consulting firms who showed faith in the
talent pool of our college and recruited students from
our campus for prominent roles such as Management
Consultant, Strategy Consultant, Technology
Consulting Analyst, Financial Consultant, Senior
Implementation Facilitator.

FMCG, FMCD and Retail

FMCG and FMCD prevailed to be the domains of
choice and marquee names unabating to bestow
their faith in the acumen of the students and
recruited in large numbers. Students were also
offered prestigious leadership programmes like
TATA Consumer Products' Emerging Leaders Plus,
STRIDE program at ABFRL, and Whirlpool's Young
Leaders Program to cultivate versatile next-
generation leaders.

Information Technology and analytics foster innovation in all corporate
functions and serve as a means of achieving business success. A range
of technology management and analytics profiles were offered to our
students which includes - Customer Project Specialist, Business
Manager, Business Planning Analyst, etc. This sector saw a healthy mix
of loyal as well as first-time recruiters. Highly sought-after leadership
programs like Young Leader - Airtel Management Trainee, Hexaware
Future Leaders Program were offered to our exemplary students. Some
of the most sought-after roles like Product Management, Strategy,
Operations Professional Development Program, Project Analyst,
Program Manager and Tech Sales were offered to the students. 

Startup, Logistics, and E-Commerce

The country’s startup landscape continues to flourish and
several prominent startups offered profiles including Product
Manager, Program Manager and Account Manager. New courses
like Industry 4.0 and Data Exploration were introduced in the
curriculum on the recommendation of organisations. Flagship
logistic companies also made offers for their coveted
Management Trainee positions and Roles like Product Manager,
