1. First unhook battery’s and make sure all parts are clean and clear of anything!
2. All the sensor plugs unclip. This will be on the back of EGR, and all on the Factory Charge tube
3. Take off the Cold side Inter cooler line.
4. Take off the Factory coolant line from EGR to the Holding tank.
5. Unbolt the “cummins” Plate and the charge tube.
6. Unbolt the bolts on the side of the EGR Unit.
7. From there un bolt the other coolant lines as seen in top picture.
8. Take out the 3 Bolts from the factory Up pipe to back side EGR.
9. From there you can then pull the EGR and The Charge pipe. Use of a pry bar will be needed as
theres coolant lines that are o ring push in.
10. Now take off that back heat shield from the up pipes to give space for removal of pipes.
Passenger side is mainly all that’s needed for removal. Removal of passenger side inner fender
well cover be needed now to get to all bolts and for up pipe install.
11. Once cover is off you can go in remove the 3 factory nuts on factory up pipe.
12. On top at the Y junction of y pipe you can remove the 3 Nuts to top side Y pipe.
13. Now remove the cross over pipe from the y pipe junction that runs down the middle of the
intake.
14. Now install the new Tap block off plate there with factory gasket.
15. You can now install new up pipe with the factory gaskets. The 8mm Bolt and nut supplied is for
top side on up pipe.
16. You can install the new coolant plug and plate. Use of the supplied RTV can be used to for extra
seal.
17. Now you can install the new Bypass Coolant unit. Make sure you taken the factory push in unit
block off and its bare plate. Clean and dry off the block and plate add RTV and install the plate
unit.
18. You can now take supplied hose and clamps to connect to bypass unit to tank.
19. You can now install your Factory map sensor and air temp sensor into the new charge pipe!

21. Use the Supplied RTV to make a gasket on the charge pipe flange, Use the 4 Bolts supplied to
install charge pipe.
22. Once installed and all bolts tq down use boot and clamps to reinstall the factory or aftermarket
inter cooler pipe.
23. Hook up sensors and zip tie back any factory wires back.
24. Hook batteries back up.
25. Add coolant
26. Test start and run for 10 mins.
27. Check for leaks.
28. After a 15 mins heat to cool cycle “15 mins running” “30 mins cool down. Check all bolts!
