With the participation of over 175 esteemed recruiters and more than a
third of the batch receiving pre-placement offers, the graduating batch of
2023 for MBA Core and MBA HR received an impressive assortment of
job offers across various profiles and business functions. Despite the
volatile business environment and market instability, our students have
showcased remarkable resilience and adaptability.

with a world-class education. Our continuous efforts and dedication have

The distinguished lineage of SBM, NMIMS has
been further strengthened during the latest
recruitment cycle by lucrative offers from highly
coveted establishments. The students would be
gaining tremendous knowledge by interning in
diverse roles, some of which include Valuations
Intern, Financial Operations Analyst, Research
and Investment Associate and Change Analyst.
Students were also offered a host of prestigious
roles for their internships in the areas of
Investment Banking, Wealth Management Risk,
Corporate Risk, Consumer Banking and Digital
Banking.

The field of consulting is poised for even greater growth
in the years to come. For summer internship, renowned
organisations and industry leaders offered roles such as
Strategy Consultant Intern, Customer Project Specialist
Intern, Strategy and Transactions Intern, Business
Consulting Performance Improvement, Technology
Consultant Intern.
FMCG, FMCD and Retail
Digital innovation and a greater emphasis on
sustainable and healthy behaviours have all had a
significant impact on the consumer products
sector in recent years. FMCG emerged as one of
the prominent recruiting sector this year. Students
were recruited by distinguished companies offering
internships across various roles like Sales,
Marketing, Digital Product Management and Project
Management.

For this sector, recruiters offered a multitude of roles to our students.
Some of the tech management roles offered were Product Management
Intern, Market research analyst intern, Partner Development Manager,
Brand Strategy Intern, Customer Project Specialist and Business
Operations Intern. This cohort saw some of the most valued firms recruit
for some of the most sought-after roles such as Deal Execution Lead,
Brand Strategist, Partner Development Manager, and Customer project
specialist.
Startup, Logistics, and E-Commerce
With the country’s startup ecosystem prospering at unprecedented
rates, our students acquired offers from distinguished organisations
covering a wide array of profiles like Management Trainee intern,
Finance intern and Marketing intern. Prominent logistics and E-
commerce companies made offers for roles like Supply Chain
Management Intern and Operations Intern.

Over time, the MBA HR program has developed into a formidable entity
with noteworthy impact in the domain. We are grateful that the
corporations have shown faith in these young, talented students. This
year has been a resounding success for placements. Several HR
internships were offered, covering a wide range of roles such as Talent
