 Activity and Resource planning for various scopes of work.

 Ensures to maintain a full daily record of all activities during the life of the project, including all variations,
disruptions and/or associated impacts.
 Prepare cost versus revenue report.
 Full understanding of Float and Critical path of the project.
 Coordinating with the logistics team.
 Weekly meeting with Clients for progress, safety, and quality of work.
 Contributing to developing department objectives and implementing the Quality Plan, Procedures and
Specifications concerning the inspection.
 Actively participate in collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and evaluating various alternative courses of action to
advise the management on the most appropriate course of action based on the cost efficiency and capability.
 Conducting Weekly meetings with Site execution team.
 Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during installation which might affect the
quality of the work performed.
 Deals with the subcontractors/vendors and provides them with all the technical and logistic support.
 Full understanding of cost planning and commercial management, value engineering, commercial management
and contract administration, estimation …etc.

 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problem that may arise.

the task in due time.
