APPLICATION FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LETTER

My name is OLAJIDE, Tobiloba Emmanuel, with matriculation number 16/30GC072,


a recent graduate from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Ilorin.

I am applying for graduate studies abroad and part of the requirements to get
unconditional admission is to provide a letter attesting that the English Language was
the medium of instruction during my studies at the University.

As a result, I hereby request a copy of the English Language Proficiency letter to


complement my application, knowing that the English Language is the medium of
instruction at the University. I have attached a copy of my statement of result to show
I am a graduate of the University of Ilorin. I will be glad if my request is granted.
