1.1 PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT:
The motivation behind the development of the Food Wastage
Management System is to reduce the wastage of food and to distribute
the food to the needy through online. This website is such an
innovation that it tackles food wastage and food poverty through
online.
1.2 SCOPE OF THIS DOCUMENT:
• The donor can create the account and whenever they are ready to
donate the food, they can login and give request to the admin.
• The admin can also maintain the buyer (orphanage, poor people)
details too.
• Once the admin receives the donors message admin can give alert
messages to the buyers who have signed in.

This project is food redistribution, an enormously successful social
innovation that tackles food waste and food poverty. The admin
collects food from the donors through their nearby agent then provides
it to the nearest orphanages or poor people. After receiving the food
from the agent, admin gives an alert message to that buyer, through
this way we can reduce food wastage problem.

The users can access the website from 6.00 AM to 7.30 PM.
5.2 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
This website is secure, and the backups should be periodically done.
Each user has a unique log in detail and is protected.

6.1 LOGIN: Login in by entering email and password.

6.2 DONATE FOOD: The donors can click the donate food option to
supply the product.
6.3 NOTIFICATIONS: The users can either supply food or can buy the
food according to the admin messages.

account.
