To,

The RBI
New Delhi
Sub: Request letter for Loan Settlement
Dear Sir/Ma’am
This letter comes to you with the request to settle my loans vide the loan details of
ABFLAND_LAP0000081207 and ABFLAND_LAP0000094925. At the outset I wish
to introduce myself as Mr Dharmender Kumar S/O Shro Gaj Raj Singh R/O C 76,
BSG Sahkari Avas Samiti Ltd, Plot number 2, Sector P 6, Greater Noida, Gautam
Buddha Nagar, UP-201308.
On January 2020 I received a loan of amount 7700000/- (Seventy Seven Lakh only)
from ABFL office situated in Delhi vide loan account ABFLAND_LAP0000081207
of which INR 5800000( INR Fifty Eight lakh only ) was transferred to ICICI bank as
Balance Transfer and my loan from ICICI bank was closed. In addition to this Liberty
Insurance was issued a sum of INR 200000/- ( Two Lakh only) for the 36 months of
insurance and INR 24000/- (Twenty-four thousand) for the earthquake relief fund was
issued without my consent, The remaining amount of INR 1676000/- ( Sixteen Lakh
and seventy-six thousand) was transferred to me. However, the company started its
EMI from the month in January 2020 and I started to pay the EMI as instructed but the
covid lockdown in March 2020 forced me to stop my work, and thereby there was no
work going on. Despite that, I paid my EMI regularly ( I am attaching the proof of the
payment as my bank statement)
Since my business was completely finished and I was on the verge of bankruptcy but
fortunately there was approval from the government for an MSME loan and I was
issued a loan of INR 1540000( Fifteen Lakh and forty thousand only) which was
issued to me by Aditya Birla Finance as ABFLAND_LAP0000094925 and the loan
amount was restructured with an increased EMI. I am submitting the bank statements
wherein I have marked all the EMI which has been paid till date. Since I have paid an
amount of approximately INR 3800000 (Thirty-Eight Lakh only) ( Sheet of the
payment attached herein) but still the bank is demanding an amount of approximately
10500000/- ( approximately One crore and five lakh) on account of their unnatural
penalty. I wish to state that I wish to settle the complete loan by paying an amount of
INR 4500000/- ( Forty five Lakh only) within a specified period of 30 days because
my business has been closed and I am not able to get the proper work now. Also I will
require the time so that I can sell off some of my other ancestral asset to dispose off
the loan. Kindly allow me to settle the loan by paying the abovementioned amount
and thereby I will have paid an amount of 3800000/ + 4500000/- = 8300000/- ( A total
amount of INR eighty three lakh) which I think should be enough for this one time
payment. Since the company forces me to make the payment through EMI I wish to

settle the complete loan by paying the amount of INR 4500000/- (Forty-five lakh
only) at the earliest otherwise the company will be responsible for my deteriorating
health and my demise as well.
It is hereby requested that you kindly allow me to make the required payment from
my end and the company closes the loan account.
Thanks, and regards

Mr. Dharmender Kumar
