FRONT CRAWL (FREESTYLE)

The front crawl has three parts: the flutter kick, the rotating arm stroke, and rhythmic breathing. It
is the fastest swimming stroke.

2. BREASTSTROKE (FROG STROKE)

People like the breaststroke because it conserves energy, they can keep their head above water,
and it can be done for longer distances. It uses a whip kick and a shallow arm pull.

3. SIDESTROKE (SCISSORS KICK)

The sidestroke is a good long-distance stroke with a long, restful glide.

4. ELEMENTARY BACKSTROKE (BUTTERFLY)

The elementary backstroke is another restful stroke, a good one to use when you need to swim for
longer periods of time.

SWIMMING GAMES:

YOUNG AGES CATEGORY


1. SWIMMING RACE

Swimmers shall swim over the course alone shall cover the whole
distance.
Swimmers shall cover two lapses at the shortest time in order to win.

Mechanics:
1. The first group will compete first, then the second group will follow.
2. The winners of each group shall compete for the FIRST PLACE.

UPPER AGES CATEGORY

1. MESSAGE RELAY

RELAY THE MESSAGE: TRY TO SPEAK ENGLISH WHEREVER YOU


GO.

Mechanics:

1. The group is divided into two-TEAM A and TEAM B. Each team will have
1 to receive the message and relay to his/her teammate.

2. Swim and relay the message to your teammates until the message
reaches to the last person to relay it to the teacher.

3. The attending teacher will then confirm if the relayed message is


correct.

4. The first team to relay the message correctly will be declared as the
winner.
