Hello everyone!

I’m Alisia. I want to tell you my daily routine.

I wake up at 7am every morning. I brush my teeth, wash my face and take a shower. Then, I get
dressed and put the make-up on. As I have a long hair, I have to comb and tie my hair tidily. Every
morning, I meditate to feel less stressed and peaceful when I work. Then, I have the breakfast
which my mom made for me.

I go to work at 8:30am every morning. I usually drive to work. My work starts at 9am. I have to
check my emails, deal with phone calls and attend the meetings. At 12:30pm, I usually have my
lunch. Sometimes, I grab some fast foods. My work ends at 5pm.

After work, I sometimes hang out with my friends or I go to the gym. When I get back home, I do
my shower routine and have dinner.

Before I go to bed, I watch the TV shows or read some books and say my prayers. I usually go to
bed at 11pm. It doesn’t take me long to fall asleep.

On the weekends, I cook the dinner for my family. Then I do the laundry or go shopping. When I am
sick, I go to the doctor or take the medicines. Sometimes, I go on a vacation.
