Dear Mr. Panda,

Further to our discussions with you, we are pleased to extend the offer of employment at Feedback
Power Operations & Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd. on the following terms and conditions:

Location : CLP Jhajjar Power Limited, Jhajjar, Haryana
Terms of Appointment : Fixed Term Employment
Total compensation : As per Annexure-I (attached)
Date of Joining : On or before May 5, 2023
Reporting To : Mr. Pradeep Kumar (Sr. Manager - Operations)
Other Terms & Conditions : As per Company Policies and Procedures

1. Please submit the following while reporting for duty:


a) Documentary evidence in proof of your date of birth, photo identity and four copies of
passport size photographs
b) PAN Card – Photocopy
c) Residence Proof – Photocopy (Voter ID card, Passport)
d) Aadhar Card (mandatory)
e) Documents in support of your academic and professional qualifications (in original and
copies). Originals will be returned after review.
f) Relieving letter, latest salary slips from the previous organization.
g) Form 16 (TDS Certificate) from previous employer.
h) Evidence of your blood group.
i) Updated resume.

2. This offer letter is issued on the understanding that all the information given by you in your
resume and during the interviews is correct, true, and complete. If it is found at any time that the
information given by you when seeking appointment is not complete and true and/or you have
knowingly suppressed any significant information, the Company will have the right either to
withdraw this letter before you join the Company or terminate your appointment with the
Company at any time and without any notice or compensation after you have taken up service
with the Company.

3. Your appointment is co-terminus with the contract between Feedback Power Operations &
Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd. And CLP Jhajjar Power Limited unless extended.

4. Being an employee of Feedback Power Operations & Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd. and working
with CLP Jhajjar Power Limited will have no lien for you to claim employment with the client.

5. Depending upon Organizational requirement your services are liable to be transferred to any
office of Feedback group within and outside the state of Haryana.

6. A detailed appointment letter will be issued to you on your joining detailing the terms of
appointment.

7. Please return to us the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed not later than one week from the
date of issuance as a token of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions and confirming
the exact date of your joining us. This offer letter stands automatically withdrawn otherwise.

1. (#) This amount will be subject to statutory tax deductions such as Income Tax, Provident Fund, and
Professional Tax (if any).
2. In case of increase in the minimum wages your HRA / Special Allowance components amounts will be reduced
and Basic Salary component amount shall be increased to meet the revised minimum wages, until your HRA or
Special Allowance component is zero.
3. Provident Fund (Employee Contribution) applicable @12% of PF Salary or Rs. 1800 whichever is less.
4. Employee State Insurance (Employee Contribution) applicable @0.75% of Gross Salary up to Gross Salary of
Rs. 21,000.
5. You will be covered under:
- Group Mediclaim Policy up to 1.5 Lakhs for Self, Spouse and up to two children.
- Group Accidental Insurance (self)
6. * Statutory Bonus and **Earned Leave Encashment shall be paid as per the Company policy/ as per the
applicability and the end of every quarter.
7. Labor Welfare Fund (LWF) shall be deducted as per the applicability.
