MIL Rubric for Storytelling and Cinematography

The rubric evaluates films based on four criteria: text, visual, motion, and manipulative elements. For each criterion, points are awarded based on the film's storytelling, cinematography, camera movements, and use of design principles. A film that demonstrates clear storytelling, visually engaging cinematography, smooth camera movements, and effective use of design earns the most points.
