School observation

In 29th October we as a junior students of English department had gone to a
private school in our town which is Kalar because of one of our lectures on college
is school observation we have to go to schools and observe all things academically,
the school called Wano it is a huge private school it may have about eight
thousand students with seventy teachers, when we went there the teachers
respected us when it was a time for classes to start they divided us two the classes
I go with one of the teachers ,She took me and three of my colleague
(Saja ,Saya ,Dyana) to the high school students. They were grade 10 it included one teacher her
name is Sarab with twelve students seven girls and five boys
The girls sit in the front and boys at the back the class is designed nicely
I noticed that They had prepared it very well they wrote at the wall )grade tenth welcome back to
school)
Also there was another interested thing the class had it own rules and all of the
students must follow these are the rules:
Listen when others talk
Follow directions
Keep hand feet and objects to yourself
Work quality and do not disturb others
Work and play in a safe manner
The Curriculum was a Sunrise 10 the teacher used data show to explain the topic
She started with a article first she read the paragraphs in the article while she read
she ask questions about strange words and what happened in the paragraph what
is the connection with the previous paragraph which is a good point it was like a
debate , She read with a loud voice and nice pronunciation that all students can
hear
Then she ask students to read one by one
Then she did the exercises and the students generally were active
But because they were teenagers controlling them looked too much hard
When the class start miss Sarab wrote the date of the board one of the girls said it
is my birthday miss
And the teacher said happy birthday to her
And she and her friends started giggling
Also the boys on the back did not care about the lesson
Then the teacher started to teach grammar
It was using when and while to connecting past simple with the past continuous
She explained by asking the students she used the board
The data show is on the board they can see the pages of the book on the board
She tried to make all students to participate and understand the topic
But when it went to grammar someone looked like sleepy and some start to joke
I noticed that these private school students have a high level of language
But when it goes to grammar they were nothing
Still the teacher make all to participate one of the boys while the teacher asked
him he said I don’t know three times at the end he give an example he said while
she was crying I left her
Students start to laugh but the teacher got her goal which make him to participate
At the end the teacher explained that her students were not like grammar and
some of them came from abroad
That was all about what did a observed at Wano It was a nice experience for me.
