 Steps that allow you to open GIMP program and


identify the content of its interface and selection
tools.
Steps to open gimp program :-
* Start menu
* GIMP program
The GIMP program Interface consists of :

4 .(The Layers/Channels/paths/Undo)
5 .(Brushes/Patterns/Gradients)
Selection Tools
 steps that allow you to open GIMP program
and insert image then using clone tool to copy part
of it then save the image.
insert image:-
*File
*Open
*Choose Image
clone tool:-
The Clone tool is used to copy part of the picture in another
place (in the same image layer).
save the image:-
1) File menu 2) Choose save
3) the GIMP program offers the extension XCF

 steps that allow you to open GIMP program and


insert image then use filter ( blur ) then save the
image .

3) Choose Image
4) from Filters menu → Blur → Blur

insert image then use crop and rotate tool then
save the image .

Crop tool is used to cut a part of the image.

Rotate Tool
Rotate tool used to rotate an image

 Write steps that allow you to open GIMP


program and create new image with width (800px)
and height (600px) and make gradient color with
back color (red) and front color ( blue) then save
the image .
Steps to open gimp program:-
* Start menu
* GIMP program
create new image:-
* File menu
* New
*Choose Image Size width (800px) and height(600px)
- change background color to red, foreground color
to blue
- use blend tool to make gradient.
save the image:-
1) File menu 2) Choose save
3) the GIMP program offers the extension XCF
