This concept paper outlines a unique engineering course that aims to give students a well-

rounded education that prepares them for the future. Incorporating interdisciplinary viewpoints,

creativity, and ethical considerations, the suggested engineering track prioritizes not only

technical proficiency but also holistic growth. This idea seeks to equip students for the dynamic

challenges of the changing engineering scene by combining corporate collaborations,

experiential learning, and an emphasis on societal impact.

The conventional boundaries of the function of engineers in society are being crossed,

necessitating a paradigm change in engineering education. This engineering course aims to meet

the increasing need for engineers with a broad skill set that includes innovation, sustainability,

and ethical awareness in addition to their technical abilities.

Important Engineering Track Principles:

1. Interdisciplinary Integration: Students who choose the engineering track will be

encouraged to cross departmental boundaries. Coursework that fills in the gaps between

traditional engineering disciplines will supplement a foundational understanding of

fundamental engineering principles, promoting an integrated approach to problem-

solving.
