1. In lieu of Deped Order No. 008 series of 2023, dated February 3, 2023
entitled Multi-Year Guidelines on the Results-based Performance
Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers
(RPMS-PPST), this office announces the conduct of the RPMS-PPST School
Mid-Year Assessment Review to all teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 6 on
March 8-9, 2023.
2. The said activity shall be conducted by the school head and master teacher
during beyond class hours specifically 3:00pm to 5:00pm in the afternoon.
3. This mid-year assessment aims to assess and monitor the teachers’
accomplishments/MOVs for the period of one semester, identify strengths
and weaknesses to provide coaching and mentoring and to provide the
needed technical assistance for each Key Result Area. (KRA)
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
