Narrative Report
2nd Parents-Teachers Conference/Card Giving
Lipa City Senior High School
November 11, 2023 ; 10:00-12:00

Last November 11, 2023, Saturday, The Lipa City Senior High School
conducted the Second Quarter Card Giving. The Gr. 12 parents are advised
to come first on the gymnasium to have a general meeting discussing about
the Authorization Fees and the projects which the SPTA aims to accomplish
to benefit LCSHS students. As a member of the registration committee, I
was assigned the task of guiding parents through the attendance sign-in
process on that day.
Following the General Assembly, parents and guardians of Grade 12
Sullivan proceeded to Room 205 for further discussions and the card
distribution. Parents once again signed the attendance sheet and patiently
gathered in the classroom as I delved into important subjects, including the
Status of the learners, Student's Authorized Contribution, wearing of the
proper uniform, and the behavior of their sons/daughter. I also explained to
them about the blank grades of their grades in 2 subjects at the same time
why the learners got a failing grades. The distribution of the report card
came next on my agenda. Parents/Guardian checked and signed the cards
of their child. Additionally, I engaged in private discussions with some
parents and guardians to address specific concerns about their child's
performance, seeking their cooperation to enhance their child's standing
within the school.
The 2nd Quarter Card Giving has been a great success and has effective
served its purposes.

Last November 11, 2023, a Saturday, Lipa City Senior High School hosted
the Second Quarter Card Giving event. Grade 12 parents were advised to
assemble in the gymnasium for a general meeting, which covered
discussions on authorization fees and projects initiated by the Senior

benefiting LCSHS students.

Following the General Assembly, parents and guardians of Grade 12

Gardner proceeded to Room 403 for further discussion and the distribution
of report cards. Parents signed the attendance sheet and patiently sat
through a session where I addressed crucial topics such as the learners'
academic status, authorized contributions, and students' behavior. The
class schedule was also discussed to keep parents informed about their
children's arrival and dismissal times. The distribution of report cards was
the next item on the agenda, during which parents and guardians checked
and signed off on their child's performance.

The Second Quarter Card Giving event was deemed a great success,
effectively achieving its intended purposes.
