MAIN FEATURES
BCJ2000 underground on-site mixing emulsion explosives charging truck is used for non-
coal underground mines, railway and highway tunnels and underground excavation projects to
implement on-site mixing of emulsion explosives in blastholes. It has the advantages of large explosive
load, high degree of automation, fast explosive loading, safety and reliability. Emulsion explosives have
advanced formulations, and the emulsion matrix can be stored for a long time, eliminating the concerns
of demulsification and crystallization; sensitization at room temperature, generally 15 minutes

sensitization to form a charge. Good adaptability, with or without water, the blasthole can be charged
with explosive. High blasting efficiency and high crushing degree can improve mining efficiency or driving

7. Small-diameter emulsion explosive delivery tube can deliver explosive over a long distance, with low
delivery pressure and long delivery distance.
