Workplace Skills Assessment Guide

A career portfolio is a collection of documents that showcase a person's qualifications, skills, and experience. It is different from a resume in that it provides more details than a resume. A career portfolio can include items such as an up-to-date resume, official transcripts, training certificates, examples of work, references, and accomplishments to demonstrate one's qualifications and suitability for jobs or career advancement to employers. Maintaining a career portfolio is important for career planning and skill development.
