reflection
As I entered to the Provincial Capitol of Isulan province of Sultan Kudarat, I couldn't imagine myself, being in there as part
of my journey as a work immersion student of Isulan National High School. My first day at the Provincial Capitol was very
nervous and exhausted as well exciting, because on my first day as a work immersionist i was already deployed in Human
Resource and Management Office. And that was the day that I felt the feeling of being a student who's pursuing his goals enable
to achieve his dreams in life. After i deployed to the human resource and management office, I met sir Jovy Samson which is the
officer of the Provincial Human Resource and Management Office. I didn't have any idea about what I felt because i encountered
one of the officers in there and he conducted a orientation which also helps us to be aware and deal with the other functions of
the offices in Provincial Capitol. After that I met a lot of government employees which also helps me to be confident and to
socialize with them. I am very greatful to know them, because they're very kind and jolly person, and we're be able to have a
small talk with them as we shared a lot of funny moments. I'm glad for being in there as i experienced a pleasant and very
grateful moments as I walked into the Provincial Capitol.
Socializing with the people in the Provincial Capitol of Sultan Kudarat is also one of big challenge as a student, I feel the
pressure in me since it's my first time to encounter them as well as talking while observing to them. I had a lot of tough days
where I can feel that i can't do my best, but since I need to accomplish my tasks as a work immersionist, I need to be
independent to show my best as a responsible student of Isulan National High School. When I was in the office of Provincial
Human Resource I went to the administrative services because of tasks that they gave to me, at first I was nervous since I don't
know how to start it and also i had a short trouble by the papers they gave to me since i couldn't find the papers. Then I saw
one employee in there, and ask a question about the papers. I was happy because I did the tasks that they gave to me and that
is one of the good accomplishment i completed in there. I learned that everything is possible when you do your efforts to make it
happen. I faced it with confidence to be a responsible and flexible student who aims to be a successful and a professional in the
future. I was overwhelmed by the work and the responsibilities that were place on me. Through experience and observation, i
have learned another knowledgeable topic and core values.
Through my experiences at Provincial Capitol of Sultan Kudarat, it gaves me awareness to the future that comes to me,
since it's also a basis on my chosen career in the future. We must be open, we need to make improvements not excuses. It's
normal to be vulnerable sometimes, since we experiencing difficulties, but we need to be strong and fight for our battles in life.
Because of this work immersion, we can apply what we have been learned in our future job. It helps to be aware on what I need
to do in the future,it helps me to become strong and deal with the challenges i will face in the future. I was given a chance to
undergo with the different offices in Provincial Capitol, its really overwhelmed to be with the government employees and to share
my ideas, Insights with them, especially they are all approachable and very kind to us. During my work immersion in Provincial
Capitol, I encountered a lot of government employees which helps me to develop my skills and values as a Senior High School
Student. I was very happy because it is my dream to have an appointment experience in Provincial Capitol of Sultan Kudarat,
since it is one of the important that I must learn as a graduating student. Also, I need to be prepared since in Provincial Capitol,
there are a lot of paper works to finish and it was too busy for us to finish all the tasks in one day, we need to be responsible for
the things we need to accomplish in our everyday work as a immersionist.
It is a privilege for me to have a work experience in a place where i can find my dream job in the future. As a graduating
student, this experience help me in my college journey. Since it gaves me valuable learnings that I probably wouldn't learn in
just by studying, it gaves me lesson and experiences. It helps me in my college journey since this work immersion experience
have a lot of knowledgeable topics that can also gave importance and responsibility as a student who have a lot dreams. It's
normal for us to deal with a big circumstances in our life, but we need to make and put our efforts. We need to be patient and
put our presence of mind in our work immersion place in order for us to make everything stable. Through work immersion, I
learned something that is related to my future job, and it helps me to enhance my competencies. Specifically it helps me to gain
relevant ideas, appreciate the important theories and values i
