Objective: To improve SAP led classified reporting for COAL of different varients and to account for
1 correct value of inventory consumed and inhand .
a. To insure pile wise/inventory code wise management, so that PV adjustment for relevent

a. To create item codes as per material attributes.
1.2 b. To get this new codes mapped for alternate BOM in co-ordination with LAB. Mr. Anand Prasad
c. To insure that not more than 4 varients are stocked at any point of time.
Once above codes are opened:- Mr. Shiv Shankar
a. Get Stock transferred (M2M). Prajapati

b. To maintain Inventory ledger as per classified item codes.
c. To report physical verification as per each qualified codes.
a. To explore QC mapping in material master for SAP based QC. Mr. Arvind Kumar

b. To get new codes mapped to BOM( Alternate) in co-ordinate with purchase and utility.

Objective: To account for nearest cost (waighted average) of SALT consumed through SAP lead inventory
2 management practice.
a. To explore with SAP team if P.O. based QC can be mapped, Mr. Rajkumar Mishra
If yes: to confirm that single load(material) can be used for purchase and inventory

management for stock under yard No. 1 & 2, so that manualinformation in posting is
automated.
a. To open one master item code of salt in co-ordination with HO commercial team. Mr. Shiv Shankar
b. To get this code mapped with BOM. Prajapati
Then,

c. Post one time material transfer (M2M).
(For stock in yard 1 & 2 including inventory recieved from Shikarpur.)
d. To keep this transfer on every 10 days, rest regularly (SOP updation).
a. To explore Bom can be mapped in unwashed salt to convert it to washed salt. Mr. Ramandeep Singh
