Madam:

Greetings!
Physical Activities can affect the lives of the learners. It has an impact on the academic
performance of the learners. Thus, health and fitness play a vital role in the attainment of
academic success of every student.

In this connection, the MAPEH Department would like to propose a Culminating Activity wherein
students will have a Festival Dance and Hip-hop Competition to be participated in by Grade 9
and Grade 10 levels. This will also serve as their Performance Task in Physical Education in
Third Quarter. We believe that Culminating events provide an opportunity for teamwork and
collaboration among students as they learn to work together to accomplish goals. We also know
that knowledge is to be celebrated. Therefore, as we come to the end of the quarter, we want to
celebrate the new knowledge that our learners have gained after a long period of learning inside
the classroom.

In addition, we would like to ask your permission to conduct a program on Friday, April 28, 2023,
at 3:00PM to 5:00PM. The Grade 9 and 10 MAPEH teachers will be facilitating the activity.

Attached herewith are the proposed activities and program committees for your perusal.
