Hello teacher, my name Tam. Today, I would like to talk about my eating habits.

First of all, I want to share with you about my food passions. I am crazy about Salad. because it is
delicious and good for health. I often enjoy salad with my family every day. It looks terrific. Salad
is crunchy and it tastes sailty and souR. However, I am not crazy about seafood because I am
allergic to seafood. I used to be crazy about fast food, but now I don't because I am trying to eat
healthier.

Secondly, I would like to talk about my eating habits. I usually eat three meals a day - breakfast,
lunch, and dinner. For my daily meals, I often have vegetables, rice, and meat providingme
calcium, carbohydrates, protein and vitamins. I think, I am a healthy eater because I often have
healthy food in my meals such as vegetables. I often eat a lot of small portions of food each day
because it makes me feel comfortable and not overly full. I think our eating habits affect how
long we live because it directly affects our health.

Finally, I would like to talk about my favorite type of diet, which is the Vegan Diet. The Vegan
Diet for better health and prevention of disease. If I am on this diet, I need to eat fruits,
vegetables and nuts. I avoid animal products like meat and chicken. In conclusion, I would say
that eating habits are very important to our health. I am trying to eat healthier so that I will have
