I. PROJECT TITLE

SOARING TOGETHER: KITEFESTIVAL 2024

II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

“Soaring Together: Kitefestival 2024” is an exciting initiative organized by the

Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Casay to be held at Casay Airstrip, Casay,
Dalaguete, Cebu on April 13, 2024. This project aims at bringing the community
together for a day of fun, creativity, and camaraderie. This kite festival is not just
about flying kites but also serves as a platform to promote youth involvement,
community engagement, and cultural appreciation.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVE

This project aims to:

a. Showcase the talents of the youth of Barangay Casay and encourage their
artistic expression and creativity through kite design and decoration.
b. Strengthen community ties by bringing residents of all ages together for a
day filled with shared activities and experiences.
c. Provide a platform for the youth to actively participate in the planning and
execution of a community event, fostering leadership skills and a sense of
responsibility.
