A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Try printing one page as a test before
you do the whole journal. (Always the
whole journal first online then print!)
All my journals are designed to be

printed double sided - every printer is
different but for mine it is 'flip on the
long edge'. Always double check
before printing the whole document!
If needed, resize the page to fill

The Difference Between
A4 and US Letter
The image above showcases the two sheet sizes side-by-side in
both millimetres and inches. The two are very similar in visually,
though you'll notice that the US Letter is wider whereas A4 sheets
are longer. US Letter paper has a width of 215.9 mm with a length
of 279.4 mm. US Letter is defined by the ANSI and used throughout
America and Canada. It is the standard copy paper sheet and can
be used in most home and office printers. A4 sheets have a width of
210 mm and a length of 297 mm. A4 paper size sheets are part of
the ISO 216 system that has been internationally adopted. The size
is printable in most common home and office printers and has
become the standard copy paper sheet throughout the rest of the
world. If you want to resize to Half Letter use US Letter if your
want A5 resize from the A4 size. The easiest way to print is to load
your printer with the correct size paper - it saves paper trimming
and page order issues..

Downloading YOUR PDF files using FREE Adobe Acrobat
In order to view PDF files, or save them for later use, please follow these
simple steps:
1. Click on the PDF file link - your browser will automatically launch the
Adobe Acrobat reader (or the reader installed in your computer if you don't
have Adobe).
2. Click the download icon - usually located in the top left or right corner of
the screen dependent on which version you have installed
3. When you are done viewing the PDF file, click on your browser's Back
button to return the web page that had the PDF linkAlternatively
1. Place the mouse cursor over a PDF file link, and then click your right mouse
button. A small menu will appear
2. Select 'Save Link As' from the menu. A location box appears3. Save the PDF
file to a location you can remember. You can also save it to your Desktop
In order to download and view our PDF files, it is important that you use
Adobe Acrobat’s version 8.0 or above.
The Adobe Acrobat plugin needed to view a PDF is free to download. Clicking
or double-clicking on the Acrobat file after it is downloaded will start
installation of both a reader and a plugin on your system. (The reader enables
you to view the file; the plug-in launches the reader automatically from your
browser).
Printing PDF Files
1. Open a PDF file in your browser.
2. In the browser, select File and Print. The PDF document should print
exactly as it looks on the screen.

Open the downloaded
1 PDF from your device’s
downloads folder.
Click Print or the printer button on
your PDF viewer. You can also press 2
Ctrl+P (for Windows) or Command+P
(for Mac) on your keyboard.
Select your personal printer’s
3 model from the options. Make
sure that it supports printing
in the size of your design.
Check your printer settings. Set
it to print to 100% scale to 4
ensure your design gets printed
in the correct size.
5 Click Print to start
printing.
