As an Officer of the Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP), may we respectfully invite
you to the 1st Quarter 2024 National Executive Board&the 3rdConference of the Academy of
Presiding Officers (A.P.O.)on February 20-22, 2024 at the Sheraton Hotel, Newport Manila, Pasay City,
Philippines. Please, be reminded that complete attendance in the Academy of Presiding Officers
will merit you a Certificate from the University of the Philippines, UP-NCPAG/CLRG.

2. Registration Fees: Php 37,000.00 for Single Occupancy accommodation
Php 20,000.00 Live Out (the concerned participant shall take charge of
his/her own accommodation)
3. The Academy of Presiding Officers (APO) is the Capability Development Program of the VMLP
in partnership with the University of the Philippines – NCPAG, Center of Regional and
LocalGovernance. Specifically designed for the Vice Mayor, this APO is a Certificate Course
composed of four (4) Know and Inform Conferences which shall be conducted quarterly within the
regular quarterly meeting of the National Executive Board.

4. We strongly advise you to call our office to coordinate your attendance to avoid hassle
andconfusion in your accommodation. Deadline of payment of registration fee is February 9, 2024

5. IMPORTANT: Be sure to send a picture of your deposit slip for proof of payment to
[email protected] withyour name and LGU written on it.
6. All Check Payments should be payable to VICE MAYORS’ LEAGUE OF THEPHILIPPINES.
7. Only those who have paid on or before the deadline shall be reserved with hotel room. Please
understand that this is a first-come-first-served basis.
8. Payments doneat the Registration Area shall be considered “Walk-in” and may be referred to
