Family time!
Spending free time together is great for families. Here are some ideas for
activities the whole family can do together:

• watch a family-friendly movie – look at online film reviews for ideas

• have a picnic in the park or on the beach
• play a favourite game or activity at a local park, like football or frisbee
• plan a special meal – then everyone makes one dish
• plan your next summer holiday
• go for a walk or a bike ride

“We go down to the park on a Saturday afternoon just

to kick a ball around. It’s amazing how much fun
running around a park can be!”

– Richard, father of 14-year-old son
