ACTIVITY PROPOSAL FOR MAPEH DEPARTMENT CULMINATION


RATIONALE

Part of the competencies listed in the Department of Education’s Curriculum Guide is to create

a dance routine in the end of the school year. In line with this goal by DepEd, I would like to propose

a MAPEH Culminating Activity. In the said activity, the students who are enrolled in MAPEH from

grade 7 to 10 will present their dances depending on their assigned genre. The MAPEH Culminating

Activity will fall on March 11, 2020 and will be held at the Pres. Carlos P. Garcia technical Vocational

School of Fisheries and Art’s ground.

I believe that with the conduct of this activity, the students’ physical, mental and emotional

state will be developed.

Objectives:

For the conduct of this activity, the undersigned aimed to achieve the following objectives

below:

- To boosts students’ confidence and dancing skills by letting them choreograph their own dance

routine

- To inspire and encourage other students to dance as a form of self-expression.

- To develop well-rounded student who are physically fit and mentally sound
ACTIVITY DESIGN AND SPECIFICS

Location The culminating activity will be held at PCPGTVSFA

School ground.

Date and Time The culminating activity will be on March 11, 2020

at 2:00 pm- 5:pm.

With the aforementioned reasons and details, I would like to ask permission from your office to allow us to have

this culmination.
