CALL FOR PAPERS
European education policies raise the need for cooperation in developing education policy
and recognize the interconnectedness of multilingualism, innovation, and digitalization.
These policies highlight the importance of vocational education and training as a pathway
to employment. Multilingualism and quality assurance, including accreditation processes
and evaluations, ensure that educational institutions meet certain standards such as
learning mobilities, the promotion of inclusive education, diversity, fundamental values,
digital education and skills (Erasmus+ annual work program, 2024, [Link]
[Link]/sites/default/files/2023-09/eplus-awp-20240-C-2023-6157_en.pdf ).
By promoting these elements, the aim is to equip students with the skills and mindset
needed to thrive in a rapidly changing global landscape, fostering a culture of creativity,
adaptability, and inclusivity. Being key components of European education policies,
multilingualism, innovation, and digitalization reflect the region's commitment to
fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. These three elements are inter-
connected shaping the way education is designed, delivered, and experienced in Europe
following the guidelines from the European Centre for Modern Languages of the Council
of Europe.
Multilingualism is encouraged to promote cultural understanding and facilitate
communication. Innovation fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging students to
think creatively, take risks, adapt to change, and offer innovative solutions. In
digitalization, there is a strong focus on incorporating digital skills into education curricula
to prepare students for the digital age. Policies emphasize the integration of technology in
teaching and learning ([Link]

In Albania, education has gone through important phases of change and has faced various
challenges, particularly in the context of EU integration ([Link]). On
the other hand, there is always a need to improve education by incorporating innovative
approaches. The vision of the strategy is to offer qualitative education based on inclusive
principles and lifelong learning.
Considering these issues, the conference aims to connect with educational experts,
academics, and researchers to share ideas on aspects of multilingualism, innovation, and
digitalization and make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of these issues in
the light of European education policies (Beacco, 2005, [Link]
language-repertoires-plurilingualism-as-a-way-of-life-in/16802fc1ba).
Conference topics of interest provide a broad range of areas that can be explored in-depth

the framework of European education policies. We welcome submissions of original
research on a variety of topics on (but not limited to):
