1. How do you compare teaching profession with other profession?

The teaching profession is one of the noblest professions, which has relevance even today. The job
satisfaction one gets after seeing your students grow into young, confident, independent, and lifelong
learners is unparalleled.

2. What are your strengths and weakness?

My strengths are good communication skills and the ability to work with different sets of learners. My biggest
weakness is time management. I wish I could make more time to pursue my hobbies and other passions.

3. Any achievements of your own and what is your goal? What motivates you?
What motivates me is the sense of achievement I get after delivering a successful interaction with learners.
Getting appreciation from parents for a job well done is something that truly motivates me. I have consistently
produced the best results for my students, and one thing I will always cherish is the heartfelt appreciation
written by students for having me as their mentor.
4. State your Educational Philosophy? How do you incorporate it into your
daily instruction?
My educational philosophy is to love every student in the learning process and not behave as a “sage on the
stage." I believe in every student's ability to reach his or her full potential. In my daily instructions, I believe in
encouraging students to relate the topic to some of their own experiences and to understand their level
before devising a teaching strategy for them instead of delivering a lecture.

5. How do you handle a conflict? Explain the strategies to resolve the conflict.

Conflict happens when there are differences in viewpoints, and sometimes a certain level of ego is also
involved. If a teacher can tactfully tackle both of these situations, inculcating a culture of appreciating each
other's viewpoints and developing healthy relationships with the students can help in this matter, or taking the
help of school counsellors as well.

6. How much committed can you be towards to the school and the students?

I am committed to the teaching profession wherever I have worked. I have worked with full commitment and
consistently brought good results for the school. The same I will bring to your school as well.

7. What activity would you like to become involved in within our school

and community?

I am willing to get involved in any academic-related work that the school would like me to be involved in.

8. How far ahead to you look in planning and completing your regular tasks on
the time in your workplace?
While making my teaching schedule, it is natural for the real classroom experiences to be different from
the planned ones, due to doubts raised by students, etc. However, I have always managed to complete
my syllabus well in time, with enough leeway for any unexpected events.
9. How enthusiastic are you about new places and new acquaintances

After having worked in so many diverse cultures, countries, and with people, I am always excited to broaden
my horizons.

10. What are various classroom management and effective teaching strategies you use

in
Involving students in different think-pair-share activities, mixing students groups in such a way that high
achievers and low achievers are blended properly, flipped lectures, doubt resolution sessions, being
empathetic and understanding towards the students’ psychology, and having a good rapport with them
are some of the effective classroom management and teaching strategies that I normally follow.
11. Do you intend to see your organization as one of the best ones in the city? If
yes, how do you contribute?
By not having a tunnel vision but rather looking at my role in the organisation as contributing towards
the overall aim of the organisation in the best possible manner. Also, to have a good teamwork spirit,
respect for superiors, and positivity in my work culture.

12. Why should you be hired for this position?

Teaching is my passion, since I was studying in school. I gained immense joy and personal satisfaction after
giving my best to the students and the organization. I believe that if I am hired, my vast experience and
consistent good results will become a plus factor for the organization.
