Airbnb Price Prediction • September 2019 - December 2019
• Applied concepts from course to build an accurate prediction model to enable users to predict the price point of a new Airbnb.
• Performed data imputation on a dataset with 75k observations with missing data.
• Employed Natural Language Processing (NLP), unsupervised and supervised learning methods on the generated data.
• Carried out feature engineering to predict the potential Airbnb rent. Overall, the final model achieved 63% accuracy of prediction.
