Experience in my eyes is a very valuable thing in life because we need to be
brave in taking risks. It is also not something that we simply create, but we
need to undergo through it.
We will encounter many difficulties and obstacles and with experience we are
expected to be able to encourage and complete the cleansing process.
I am extremely great full to my department staff members and friends
who helped me in successful completion of this internship.
INTRODUCTION:
The internship is an integral platform for anyone to gain experience in an
actual workplace.It is a good opportunity for me to learn, to gain experience
and to make preparation. One can learn through experience and a real life is
full of different kinds of experience.
We will encounter many difficulties and obstacles and with experience
we are expected to be able to encourage and complete the cleansing
process.Experience in my eyes is a very valuable thing in life because we
need to be brave in taking risks. It is also not something that we simply create,
but we need to undergo through it.
By doing my internship in an actual workplace, it helps me to know and
discover myself from different angle. It also helps me to control and develop my
attitude and behavior in dealing with different kinds of people and situation.
I have decided to take the course to grab the golden opportunities to apply
theories and knowledge that I have in real working life setting. Through learning
in university. I learned about theories but by doing internship.
I learned the practicality approach on dealing with a real world. Even though it
was not that much, it still has profound results in some aspects of my life.
Apart from that, I really want to gain professional knowledge and skills by
taking the internship course. At the same time, I also want to improve my
communication skills and ability to interact with people.
I go through my internship course for the duration of 30 days excluding
holidays. I choose MANKIND AGRITECH PRIVATE LMITED as to
complete my internship.
I have several reasons onto choosing this place to do my internship. The
environment was so much different and new to be beneficial in future.

ACCOUNTING :
Accounting is the process of collecting, classifying, and recording
all the financial data or financial events of the business in a book so as
to determine the financial performance of the business as an end
objective. Accounting is the recording of financial transactions along
with storing, sorting, retrieving, summarizing, and presenting the results
in various reports and analyses. Accounting is also a field of study and
profession dedicated to carrying out those tasks.
One part of accounting focuses on presenting the financial
information in the form of general-purpose financial statements
(balance sheet, income statement, etc.) that are distributed to people
outside of the company. These external reports must be prepared in
accordance with generally accepted accounting principles often
referred to as GAAP or US GAAP.
Another part of accounting focuses on providing a company's
management with the information needed to keep the business
financially healthy. Although some of the information comes from
recorded transactions, many of the analyses and reports include
estimated and projected amounts based on various assumptions.
Generally, this information is not distributed to people outside of the
company's management.
The main objective of this internship was to learn more about
accounting and Marketing . It was too useful. This internship helps
me in gaining knowledge about accounting and other related topics. It
will be more useful for my future. It has great scope now. It also has
an opportunity for career exploration and a chance to learn more
things.
MARKETING :
Marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to
promote the buying or selling of a product or service. Marketing
includes advertising, selling, and delivering products to
consumers or other businesses. Some marketing is done by
affiliates on behalf of a company.
Marketing as a discipline involves all the actions
a company undertakes to draw in customers and maintain
relationships with them. Networking with potential or past
clients is part of the work too, and may include writing
thank you emails, playing golf with prospective clients,
returning calls and emails quickly, and meeting with clients
for coffee or a meal.
Marketing refers to all activities a company does to
promote and sell products or services to consumers.
Marketing makes use of the "marketing mix," also known
as the four Ps—product, price, place, and promotion.
Marketing used to be centered around traditional
marketing techniques including television, radio, mail, and
word-of-mouth strategies.
Though traditional marketing is still prevalent, digital
marketing now allows companies to engage in e-mail, social
media, affiliate, and content marketing strategies

I went to the company and fully observed it, got the introduction of the
nature of the work and also got introduction to the employees of the
company. Visited and check the surroundings of the company.
Day 2: 12/05/2023 Time:10.00am-12.30pm
They taught me how to check the stocks of company based on the
product in the warehouse. And they give some list of product to the
check and verify it, And entered on the entry note.
Day 3: 13/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-12.00pm
I have learned to check the transport Lr from lorry driver and
checking in the system of company based on the goods received .
And entered on the entry note or ledger by help of the supervisor.
Day 4: 15/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-12.00 pm
I have to check the ledger of company based on the product that
they sold to customer and entered on the entry note.
Day 5: 16/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-12.00pm
I have to check the stocks of company based on the production
scale. And entered on the entry note.
Day 6: 17/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-11.00pm
I moved to the packing unit and check the packing process how they
pack that safely. I have counted the total packing units of the day.
Day 7: 18/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-12.00 pm
I learned about the checking and packing process and how many
pack of the product are contains in the box. I have counted the
total packing units of the day.
Day 8: 19/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-12.30 pm
I learned about check the packing process how they pack the
product safely. I have counted the total packing units of the day.

I have to delivered the products of the company to the regular
customers. Take new orders from the customers by explaining
about the products.

I have prepare some Excel statememts about the customer list for
future purpose regarding paytem.
Day 11: 24/05/2023 Time: 10.00am-12.00pm
I have to check the stocks of company based on the production scale
and entered on the entry note.

I have learned to use the sap accounting software to maintain some
financial records of the company.

OBSERVATION:
I have learned many things from the industry and way of handling of
work, first I come to know how to supervise the workers because its
help me to improve leadership role in an industry. I have knowledge
about the record and bills maintenance and how to maintain all the
details of the industry.
OUTCOME:
It was such a Great experience for me when I work in SUGAM OIL MILL,
On the whole, this internship was a useful experience. I have gained new
knowledge, skills and met many new people. I achieved several of my learning
goals, however for some the conditions did not permit. I learned the different
facets of working within an organization. I experienced that financing, as in
many organizations, is an important factor for the progress of projects. There is
still a lot to discover and to improve. The methods used at the moment are still
not standardized and a consistent method is in development. I have seen that
local people can contribute to conservation, for example with their knowledge.
Furthermore I experienced that it is of importance that the education is objective
and that you have to be aware of the view of other people. The internship was
also good to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are. This helped me to
define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time. It would
be better that the knowledge level of the language is sufficient to contribute fully
to projects. It would also be better if I can present and express myself more
confidently.
CONCLUSION:
I conclude that this internship gave me a nice experience and
wonderful learning. I really thankful for this internship, which gave
knowledge about accounting.
