THESIS WORK
Optoelectronic Properties of Cu-doped TiO2 (Cu/TiO2) Nanostructures,
Synthesized by Sol-Gel Method
[ 10/01/2023 – 31/08/2023 ]
I observed that Cu-doped (TiO2) with different percentages influenced the structural, morphological,
and optical properties. All the samples were analyzed by XRD analysis, SEM analysis, EDX analysis, FTIR
analysis, UV spectroscopy, and Photocatalytic measurements. Crystal size, phase transformation, and
band gap can be easily understood using these techniques. The results proved that there would be
more crystalline improvisation, UV absorbance enhancement, and band gap reduction. My current
findings show that the promising properties of Cu-doped (TiO 2) can be applied in the optoelectronics,
photocatalytic, and energy storage industries.
