Terms And Conditions

- Coverage time: 4 to 5 hours (Max). Exceeding will cost Rs.5000 per hour
- Any Changes in dates or locations must be informed at least 30 days before the event,
35% of the given payment will be deducted on changing of dates within 30 days
- If anyone misbehaves with the team they will leave the event on the spot
- Advance payment is strictly non-refundable
- In case of data loss, the studio is not responsible as it is an electronic device,
35% of the given payment of that day will be refunded
- Soft copies will be raw. It will be delivered within 25 days after the event
- After selection of albums, final data along with albums and videos will be delivered after three months
( approx 3.5)
-There should be a separate table for all the team on all days for lunch/dinner
- For video, it is a requirement of songs from your side. If you want changes without a list of songs,
Rs.5000 would be charged within a week, 15000 after one week
- We are going to be your official photographer after you sign this contract. No other photographer will
be allowed to do your photoshoot.
- Payment will be received in three types; Advance 50%, on event 30%, on delivery of albums 20%
